Hello, I am Jonathan and I like to sleep-in. I have not discovered the cure, although some have made claims. I have, however, done a 5-minute search on Google, and plan to put some of what I have found to practice.
I look forward to a simple morning, a cup of tea with two eggs and toast, while sifting through some articles in Instapaper.
I plan on rising in 15-20 minute intervals. Tomorrow I will rise at 7:15 am. Wednesday I will rise at 7:00 am. Etc.
Seems easy enough.
Eventually, I plan to set my alarm based on the sunrise time, which will be at 6:31 am, tomorrow morning.
