Anxiety

I know I have a terrible memory, and find myself needing to add reminders quickly to iCal before I forget what needs to be done. It is so bad that by the time iCal launches, I need to think long and hard about what I needed to remember. Adding reminders should not be this daunting. In comes Anxiety, a ToDo List application that lives in your Menu Bar.

Now this is a pretty easy trick that works on both Leopard and Snow Leopard. All you have to do is head over to Anxiety’s Website [Link] and download the software. Move the app to your Applications Folder, and double-click to launch. You might want to make sure you set Anxiety to automatically launch on login. That’s it! From now on, you can quickly access your ToDo List right from the menu bar.

Anxiety is a super-lightweight To-do list application for Mac OS X Leopard that synchronizes with iCal and Mail. Its aim is to provide a streamlined, easily accessible interface to add and check off your tasks, while remaining poised to melt into the background at a moments notice.
